" I was pleasantly surprised by how easy & efficient the process of booking & returning car. The car I got was as advertised & clean but only minor issue like missing phone holder. Because my experience with this company was so good, I booked mangrove swamp tour through them & again was very pleased with the service & clean boat. The mangrove swamp is not to be missed in Langkawi if you like nature. The travel agent is very responsive & efficient. "

" Absolutely satisfied with the excellent service from Langkawi Book! The whole process was incredibly smooth and convenient. Right after we touched down at Langkawi Airport, I found them on Google and submitted the booking form. Within minutes, their admin responded via WhatsApp. To my surprise, before we even made it out of the arrival gate, our car was already ready for collection! I initially booked a Honda HR-V, but since it wasn’t available, they kindly upgraded us to a Proton X70 at no extra charge. Really appreciate that gesture! Returning the car was just as easy. Due to heavy rain, we had to return it right in front of the departure entrance instead of the usual location. A special shoutout to Syed, who personally came to collect the car from us at the departure entrance. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating, making the entire return process effortless despite the rainy weather. Really appreciate his assistance! Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish. Fast response, friendly staff, excellent service, and most importantly, completely hassle-free! Highly recommended! I’ll definitely book with Langkawi Book again on my next trip to Langkawi! "
